Our general terms of sales
1 - Generality: 
The present general terms of sale define rights and obligations of parts as part of the sale of products by the society INTERNATIONAL COPHIL, 18, street of Boissy 94370 SUCY IN BRIE CHEESE, to the clients of the Internet site www.artiligne.fr. The client declares to have acquainted himself with it and accepted rights and obligations there afférant. Any made order is governed by the present conditions. Cophil International reserves the right to change the present General terms of Sale.
2 - Catalogue and products:
www.artiligne.fr is a site which offers in the sale of articles devoted to artistic sports.
Concerning the catalogues of products, the site will try hard to give the most faithful possible representation of products although documents, photographs and drawings are not contractual. These last remain the exclusive property of the society Cophil International.
The availability of products (leotards, slippers, devices) is defined according to quantities in supply. To question us about the future availability of a not available product by mail in contact@artiligne.fr or by telephone in 06 84 68 10 80 or in 06 63 87 71 88.
3 - Price:
Prices are pointed out in every chip produces in EURO all taxes included (TTC). They do not include expenses of treatment of order, of harbour and of packing which are invoiced in supplement and pointed out before the final validation of every order. Price is payable entirely in order.
4 - Holding of order:
To perform an order, the client will have to create in anticipation a credit account.
Having proved the contents of his order, the client validates her definitely by the real payment of corresponding price.
5 - Payment:
The client has the possibility of paying his order by:
- Cheque in the order of "Cophil International", and in that case the treatment of order will start only after reception of the cheque with the Society.
- Paypal: who allows the use of bank cards CB, VISA, Master Card or American Express, of store cards Aurora, Cofinoga or 4 Stars, or of count Paypal.
- Transfer at the account of the society Cophil International. The treatment of order will start only after reception of the payment at the account of the Society.
6 - Delivery:
Delivery covers underground France and Europe. It is performed by post in letter Max for the small objects or in Colissimo 48 h. In that case, the product is delayed against signature of the addressee (either every person tied to its service or residing with him, or delegated especially), what constitutes proof of delivery of the package. In case of not distribution, the package is put in authority by post for a maximum period of 15 days after store in the opinion of bet in authority. When the time expires, the package went back to the society Cophil International.
The following picture of rates includes the treatment, the packing and the delivery of order. Rates vary according to the weight of the goods.

Delays: products in supply are delivered in general 2 - 5 days after treatment of order. For products not in supply, delivery is estimated in 15 days after consultation of their availability at our suppliers. This information will make the object of a request on behalf of the client by mail in contact@artiligne.fr or by telephone in 06 84 68 10 80 or 06 63 87 71 88.
Delay on estimate for any individual order of textile industry Artiligne (ex: tracksuit of club). One reminds of him that these delays do not constitute deadlines and the responsibility of the society Cophil International will not be able to be hired in case of delay of delivery.
7 - Guarantees:
The Cophil International society guarantees the exchange of leading products Artiligne in case of manufacturing fault determined and signalled in 10 days according to the reception of the product, provided that the article is carried, in its state new and returned in its conditioning of origin, accompanied with the concerned bill. In that case, expenses back from the faulty product will be reimbursed to the client. We decline any responsibilities if advice of maintenance of the products of mark Artiligne is not respected.
8 - Retraction:
In accordance with the dispositions of the article L121-16 of the Code of Consumption, the client benefits from a right to retract and to return sound or its product (s) during seven clear days as from the date of delivery of these.
The client must notify of it the society by mail for the delay before named.
Besides, he must return to his expenses the not carried product (s) (s), not used (s), in his (their) packing of origin, accompanied (s) with a copy of his bill.
The society will undertake refund of or of products within thirty days as from reception by Cophil International of the request of retraction exercised by the client, and it provided that the product is restored in Cophil International.
The client will not be able to exercise his right of retraction concerning products strongly customised (example: individual serigraphy).
9 - Exchanges:
For articles in supply, the Cophil International society agrees to exchange a product if this one went back at the expense of the client, not carried, not used, in its packing of origin, accompanied with a copy of its bill under 15 days as from the delivery of the product to the client. No article in promotion or strongly customised will be exchanged (example: individual serigraphy).
10 - Litigations:
In case of litigation or of protest, the courts of the head office of the society Cophil International will be alone competent.
